BREAKING NEWS: Broken neck update - it's still very much broken. Looks like I start my internship in SLC with the brace and will be seeing a U of Utah Neurosurgeon for future CT scans review. Good thing we didn't postpone the wedding!

Honeymoon in Glacier

My maternal grandparents Alice Lenore Cazier and Golden Hansen Bingham honeymooned up at Glacier when it was a very new National Park. Keeping the tradition alive.

Yes, I can say I hiked up to Avalanche Lake with a broken neck...

what happens when you and your horse are seperated

Joanna talking on the phone with JP while Tommy keeps her company....

So you may have heard about Joanna's fall from Hummer. Joanna would like everyone to keep in mind that this accident was caused by a barking dog chasing Hummer and she lost her stirrups because her saddle was fit for a much fatter horse. Details include being dragged when her hand got wrapped up in the reins (thereby breaking her right pinky), and being hit on the forehead several times by a stirrup. She broke her C7 and will need to have the brace on for the next 6 weeks to 2 months and will not be allowed to ride for the rest of the season. However, the wedding will proceed as planned!
